In this role at Takeda, you will be an integral part of our Plasma Donation Center, where your daily interactions with donors will be both motivating and impactful. As a receptionist, you will engage with both new and repeat donors, providing them with exceptional customer service while performing essential administrative tasks to support the operations of the plasma center. Your commitment to quality and customer service will be paramount as you contribute to the collection of high-quality plasma, which is vital for creating life-changing medicines. You will report directly to the Plasma Center Manager, ensuring that all operational processes align with company standards and procedures. Your responsibilities will include answering phones and greeting all visitors to the facility, assisting donors with their appointments, and maintaining an orderly filing system. You will also be responsible for creating or pulling donor record files and providing customer service to both external donors and internal employees. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, working closely with the center management team to initiate changes to center processes. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and a dedication to maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for all donors and staff.
