About The Position

Come help us change the lives of children with autism! As the Center Ops Supervisor, COS, you will be responsible for the daily operational support of the center. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure the highest standards of excellence in the execution and delivery of or everyday operations. Hours: Availability M-F 6AM-2PM, or 9AM-5PM (rotating shift), Schedule may vary based on if the Center Ops Supervisor is opening or closing the center Pay: $25 hourly depending on experience For the safety and security of our clients, this position requires a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, criminal history and driving record. The background check will be conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws. Your consent will be obtained prior to conducting the check.   • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); And 1+ years related experience or training in an operational support role preferred.
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Chrome, Internet Explorer).
  • Have a current and valid CPR and first aid Certification.
  • Have reliable means of transportation. Meet requirements of our Motor Vehicle policy.
