We're looking for a motivated and strategic Center Operations Manager to lead the daily operations and support the growth of our brand-new center in Woodbury, NJ. In this key role, you'll work closely with senior clinical staff, monitor team productivity, and implement initiatives that improve performance and ensure the highest quality of care. Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.

  • Guide the operational heartbeat of our center with leadership and attention to detail
  • Own day-to-day center operations
  • Coordinate opening/closing procedures
  • Ensure center is stocked with necessary supplies
  • Create weekly scheduling for BTs and learners
  • Work with BTs to ensure coverage for learners
  • Handle parent/family inquiries
  • Conduct daily attendance
  • Oversee pickup and drop off at center to ensure smooth transitions
  • Coordinate cleaning of center
  • Alert facilities team of any necessary repairs or upgrades
  • Support administrative duties in the center
  • Maintain room scheduling
  • Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center
  • Ensure safety in the center
  • Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred
  • 2-4 years of management experience, including supervisory responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with organizational management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders
  • Exceptional leadership skills
