About The Position

The Center Operations Manager I at Octapharma Plasma is responsible for overseeing the operations of plasma collection centers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with 12 months applicable experience.
  • Up to 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Up to 1 year of people management experience preferred.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred.
  • Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Collaborate on employment decisions including hiring and terminations.
  • Nurture a positive culture within the donor center.
  • Assist in employee relations investigations.
  • Conduct on-the-job and certification training for employees.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and best practices development.
  • Conduct area walkthroughs to ensure operational standards are met.
  • Facilitate productivity in production areas by providing assistance as needed.
  • Support marketing and advertising initiatives in collaboration with corporate departments.
  • Assist with scheduling and payroll records.
