About the Role The Center Manager is responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company’s desired financial results. This includes but is not limited to; leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, consistently modeling guest service behaviors, recruiting, development and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training & coaching, and center cleanliness. Growth and Support Ongoing training, mentorship 30-60-90 day structured onboarding to set you up for success

Requirements

  • 1+ year in management, 3-5 preferred
  • Confident, encouraging and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work one weekend shift and flexible weekday hours
  • Positive, proactive, and passionate about personal and team growth
  • Reliable transportation and ability to respond to in-center needs as they arise
