JOB SUMMARY: The Center Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of a designated cluster of primary care centers. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing staffing, clinical workflows, compliance, and team engagement. The Center Manager serves as the key liaison between providers, Medical Assistants, and operational leadership to drive clinical efficiency, staff development, and a positive member experience.
