Oversee daily care routines like feeding, medicating, grooming, exercise, and playtime—creating happy tails and wagging smiles (must be able to lift large dogs). Keep meticulous records to guarantee each pet’s health and behavior is closely monitored. Set the Standard for Excellence: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a best-in-class boarding facility. Handle emergencies with ease in collaboration with your District Manager. Stay ahead of regulations and ensure every corner of the facility meets or exceeds Best Friends Pet Care standards. Effectively serve as a liaison between frontline team members and headquarters staff, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. Requirements

At least 2 years of management experience overseeing a team of 10+ employees(required).
Hands-on animal care experience and a deep understanding of animal behavior, health, and welfare practices.
A proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset in a bustling environment.
Stellar communication skills and a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead.
Financial management expertise, including payroll, budgets, and expense control.
Desire to continue education and training with a dynamic pet care organization.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
