Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Garland, TX Center Manager Outpatient Rehabilitation Full Time Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity. Seeking a center manager for the North Garland clinic. We are a fast paced, multi-disciplinary clinic serving a wide variety of patients. Current staff includes 13 clinicians (PT, OT and Speech), 5 PSS, and 1 tech. This clinic offers services in ortho, neuro, and sports. Clinic culture is extremely important to this group and candidates should have leadership experience, ability to adapt, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required.
(For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
