About The Position

Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Carrollton, TX Center Manager Outpatient Rehabilitation Full Time Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity. Our Hebron team is looking for a new Center Manager / PT. This clinic is currently slated for 3 full-time PT's and 1-2 PSS. Our caseloads are primarily orthopedic in nature with a small percentage of vestibular, depending on the skillset of our incoming clinicians. Candidates should be able to demonstrate ambition and an eagerness to grow themselves, their staff and the clinic. Ownership and accountability are also required.

Requirements

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required.
(For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
