Center Manager Physical Therapist
About The Position
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager Location: Fishtown section of Philadelphia, PA Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2 evenings a week until 7pm, done by 2pm on Fridays so you can start your weekend early! Compensation: Salary range is $90K-$100K, based on your experience. Incentives: Student Loan Assistance of $350 per month for duration of your employment with us! Unique Location/Job Details: 3.5 PTs, center with front desk staff. We are looking for a leader to treat and manage the clinic. Diverse outpatient orthopedic mix. Must have at least 2 years of recent outpatiet orthopedic experience. Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
- Must have at least 2 years of recent outpatiet orthopedic experience
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
