Center Manager Physical Therapist - up to a $20k sign on bonus!
About The Position
At Select Physical Therapy, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. Charlton location is about 40% federally funded (medicare), those patients are probably 50% total joints (knees, more than hips), the rest are geriatric patients spanning balance/fall risk patients and general deconditioned older adults. The remaining 60% are probably half youth patients and half active adults. We see a wide range of post operative patients (rotator cuffs, ACLs etc). The Center has been open and busy since 2013. We have opportunity to grow our relationships with the local high schools. Two therapists working there full time, long time Select employees. PSS in place for long time as well. Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
