Advance Your Career with the Nation’s Leading Outpatient Physical Therapy Provider Position: Assistant Center Manager – Physical Therapist Location: 31964 US Highway 19 North, Palm Harbor, FL 34684 Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 10 AM–7 PM | Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7 AM–4 PM Compensation: Starting at $85,000+/year (based on experience) Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus + $350/month student loan repayment benefit Step Into Leadership While Continuing to Treat Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience to join us as an Assistant Center Manager. In this Center Manager-in-training role, you’ll: Provide hands-on patient care Support a team of 4 PTs and 1 PTA Develop leadership skills to manage your own center within 12–18 months Our Palm Harbor center offers specialized services in orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehab, concussion management, POETS, hand therapy, and fall prevention. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapy License
- Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience.
- CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
- Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts
- Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
- Help develop strategies to increase profitability
