As the Learning Center Manager (aka Center Director), you will be working to maintain a successful, high-paced, fun learning environment for our students and families. Requirements

• Full-Time CDs must be available a minimum of 5 days per week (including weekend).
• Full-Time CDs must maintain an average of 35-40 hours per week to remain in good standing.
• All employees are subject to an employment math assessment to evaluate math understanding and skill level.

Nice To Haves

• Completed Bachelor's Degree, preferred in business, education, or related field.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Mandarin/Korean Bilingual preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Manager in student assessments and consultations.
• Develop and maintain strong parent relationships.
• Develop and train instructional staff.
• Maintain center expectations and quality.
• Measure center performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
