About The Position

NovaCare’s Pikesville outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a passionate, licensed physical therapist to step into a Center Manager role—leading a dynamic team while delivering exceptional patient care. Our clinic serves a diverse population ranging from teens to older adults. We offer a wide range of specialty services, including Sports Medicine, Aquatic Therapy, Work Conditioning, Concussion Management, Fall & Injury Prevention, LSVT BIG, and General Orthopedics. This is a treating leadership role, ideal for a physical therapist with at least three years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Prior management experience is a plus, but not required—our leadership development programs are designed to support your growth and success. As Center Manager, you’ll oversee a respected team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality care and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in shaping the patient experience and fostering a collaborative, supportive clinic culture.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
