As the Center General Manager, you will be the cultural heartbeat and operational engine of the business. You’ll drive revenue, coach and develop a high-performing team, manage daily operations, and create an exceptional client experience, all while reporting directly to a visionary co-founder with a proven track record. Requirements

  • Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy and comfort with P&L, targets, and KPIs.

  • Background managing a boutique fitness studio, medspa, or wellness Center with membership KPIs.
  • Proven success leading both administrative and clinical teams in a high-touch environment.
  • Highly coachable, focused, and self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
  • Confident presenting to executives, vendors, and clients alike.
  • Lives within a reasonable commute to Midtown Atlanta with community connectivity.
  • Proficient in Zenoti or a comparable practice management system.
  • Confident using Google Suite, POS systems, KPI dashboards, and scheduling tools.
  • Comfortable with mobile tools and communication platforms (Slack, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Model and enforce high-performance standards across all team functions.
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for achieving KPIs.
  • Conduct 1:1s, team huddles, and performance reviews with candor and compassion.
  • Build a Center culture that balances discipline with joy.
  • Own membership sales, rebooking rates, and treatment plan conversions.
  • Coach front-of-house and clinical teams to drive revenue per client.
  • Develop sales playbooks and coach staff on objection handling and value articulation.
  • Monitor daily revenue goals and adjust team behavior in real time.
  • Oversee daily operations, including patient scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Manage inventory and vendor relationships, including aesthetic vendors.
  • Ensure proper use and optimization of patient management systems (Zenoti preferred).
  • Execute startup-stage strategies to stabilize and grow a new Center location.
  • Deliver luxury, personalized client experiences every day.
  • Maintain Center alignment with Midtown clientele: professional, polished, lifestyle-oriented.
  • Proactively respond to feedback and ensure high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Monitor sales and KPIs daily and adjust staffing and incentives accordingly.
  • Oversee team coverage, scheduling, and staff development plans.
  • Lead by example on service delivery, culture, and team presence.
  • Review and approve aesthetic and medical supply orders and inventory levels.
  • Manage Zenoti or similar systems for patient and Center performance tracking.
  • Plan and implement local marketing or event initiatives with the Co-Founder.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
  • Performance Bonus: Target ~$30,000, tied to monthly revenue and growth KPIs
  • Equity: 3% vested over 2–3 years
  • Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (startup flexibility expected)
