About The Position

We are seeking qualified adjunct clinical instructors to teach on a per diem basis in our continuing education program through the Center for Professional Development. We deliver a variety of cutting edge offerings throughout the year, which can be found on our course schedule. The position is part of the Rutgers School of Nursing, which is one of eight schools that make up Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS). As part of RBHS, the School of Nursing offers unique opportunities in education, research, and practice at a leading national research university, which is the state's preeminent, comprehensive public institution of higher education. Innovative academic offerings include bachelor's, master's, post-master's, DNP, PhD and continuing education programs that are preparing nurse leaders of today and tomorrow at campus locations in Newark, New Brunswick, and Blackwood, NJ.

Requirements

• Minimum Master's Degree
• Current licensure or eligibility for RN licensure in New Jersey required.
• Relevant content expertise required.

Nice To Haves

• Doctoral degree in nursing or related discipline preferred.
• Teaching experience preferred.
