About The Position

The Learning Experience is more than a daycare. We create joyful early learning environments where children build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Our Center Directors lead with purpose, support teaching teams, and build strong partnerships with families and their communities.

The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking an experienced Center Director / Co-Director to oversee operations and maintain program excellence across our classrooms.

Requirements

• Director I and Director II certification required
• Minimum 2 years preschool leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts licensing regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily center operations and staff performance
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-quality teaching teams
• Ensure consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards
• Support enrollment growth through tours and family engagement
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget performance
• Build strong relationships with families and community partners
