Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Job Summary: Plans, organizes, administers, and controls the programs and activities necessary to effectively operate and meet the objectives of a Job Corps training center. These objectives are to prepare young, disadvantaged youth for useful employment by providing comprehensive residential training, educational and Career Technical Training, and positive paths through personal example, understanding, and patience by a combined effort of all staff. Leads the center, staff and student body in alignment with CSD’s 4 Pillars and Leadership model and ensures a growth-oriented culture exists for all. The Center Director is responsible for administering a contract negotiated with the Department of Labor.
