About The Position

Headquartered in Singapore with a global footprint, LingoAce is a growing and leading education technology company for language learning. With a growing team, certified teachers, and offices in the U.S., Southeast Asia, and China, we serve learners across 100 countries and regions. Hugh Yao, LingoAce’s founder and CEO, wished for his children to learn Mandarin Chinese effectively when living in Singapore. As a parent, Hugh realized that traditional learning methods do not engage modern young learners. In 2017, he decided to bring Chinese learning to life through an online proprietary curriculum and started the LingoAce journey. We are excited to share that LingoAce has once again been named to the GSV 150 for a second year in a row. GSV (Global Silicon Valley) Ventures’ list of the world’s most transformative private companies in education. We were chosen from over 4,000 venture capital and private equity-backed private companies revolutionizing the world of education technology. GSV estimates that together these 150 companies reach roughly 3 billion people -- almost half of the global population -- and generate approximately $25 billion in revenue. Linsanity was not just the phenomenon of Jeremy Lin’s rise and domination on the NBA basketball court. It was a revelation that shattered stereotypes about what Asian Americans can achieve and what it means to belong – which continues to have great impact on the Asian American community. As LingoAce’s CEO Hugh Yao shared previously, "Linsanity transcended cultural, racial, and national boundaries, and has united people regardless of their backgrounds, ethnicities, and citizenship. What Jeremy represents and what he’s accomplished are what we as an education company hope to inspire in our next generation of learners." We aspire to be the employer of choice when it comes to fostering a diverse and inclusive global culture. Just as how our learners are unique, so is our talents. We ensure diverse voices are heard because we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to make an impact. We strongly believe different perspectives make us a successful global company. With growing operations in Southeast Asia, the United States, China and Europe, we invite you to check out the many exciting career opportunities at LingoAce!
