About The Position
At The Learning Experience, our leaders create environments where teachers feel supported, families feel connected, and children thrive through joyful learning experiences. Our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum helps every child build strong academic and social foundations. The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a collaborative Center Director / Co-Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school.
Requirements
- Director I and Director II certification required
- Minimum 2 years center leadership experience required
- Strong organizational and team development skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations
- Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements
- Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices
- Monitor financial performance and operational goals
- Strengthen family engagement and community relationships
