About The Position

Seeking enthusiastic individual with great energy would love to work with kids, be part of Technology education. Our company Code Ninjas is a national provider of children's education services for computer technology, specifically computer programming. Coding is the new literacy. Along with learning critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the children have the opportunity to learn responsibility, teamwork, and leadership. We try to foster a cooperative environment where students can build new friendships and extend their social skills. Our curriculum consists of four years of content progressing through nine levels of achievement. Specifically, we teach children age-targeted software programming tools, for gaming, web development, 3-D graphics, robotics, and autonomous drones.

Requirements

Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, web-based applications
Excellent verbal written skills
Tech savvy – ability to self-learn, and figure out

Nice To Haves

STEM/Coding experience is a plus
Teaching/working with kids experience is a plus
Experience working with kids, coaching, managing is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the center
Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals
Work with parents to define children’s learning needs
Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center.
Engage with children and families in the center.
Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met.
Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication

Learn business operations, sales, and team leadership.
