Requirements

Passion for and great working with kids -- fun, patience, encouragement, empathy
Team player
Driven & motivated; desire to lean in and grow within the organization
Eagerness to learn and be trained
Positive attitude; we are looking for outgoing "people people" who value positivity and fun!
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfort speaking with students and parents
All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and successfully complete a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting, in accordance with applicable California law.

Responsibilities

Sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
Build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
Lead, manage, and coach team members, including how to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations in the center, including various administrative projects and tasks
Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including revenue, profitability and student success
