Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Positive attitude; we are looking for outgoing "people people" who value positivity and fun!
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfort speaking with students and parents
  • All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and successfully complete a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting, in accordance with applicable California law.

  • Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
  • Build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Lead, manage, and coach team members, including how to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations in the center, including various administrative projects and tasks
  • Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
  • Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including revenue, profitability and student success
