About The Position

The Preschool Center Director at The Learning Experience is responsible for managing the daily operations of a childcare center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children while leading a team of educators. This role emphasizes creating a positive impact on the lives of children and families, driving enrollment growth, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Three or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred).
• Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, displaying a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees.
• Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, connecting with diverse groups of people.
• Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
• Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum, leveraging a passion for learning.
• Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll.
• Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of the program.
• Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
