Center Director Sales
About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Center Director to join our team at Code Ninjas Palm Beach Gardens, located in Alton Town Center. The ideal candidate will bring experience in retail sales, social media, and marketing, with strong communication skills to engage parents about program offerings and their children’s progress. This role requires proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, Canva, and general computer knowledge. Responsibilities include managing phone outreach, driving sales, and supporting the growth of our programs. The position requires 20–30 hours per week with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses tied to achieving specific sales conversion goals. Requirements
- Retail sales experience with proven ability to meet conversion goals
- Strong communication skills for engaging parents and discussing student progress
- Phone sales and customer service proficiency
- Social media management and marketing expertise
- CRM software knowledge and practical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Canva design skills for creating marketing materials
- General computer literacy and troubleshooting ability
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven work history with children ages 6 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids
- Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership
- Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment
- Flexible schedule
- Must be outgoing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Deadline and detail-oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Experience with event planning, workshops, or community outreach
- Familiarity with STEM or coding programs for kids
- Graphic design or video editing skills for digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills for tracking sales metrics and program performance
- Ability to train, mentor, and lead part-time staff or volunteers
- Knowledge of local community networks and parent organizations in Palm Beach Gardens & Jupiter area.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills to engage diverse families
