We’re looking for a dynamic Center Director to lead our Greenwood Village clinic — a clinical leader who thrives in patient care and enjoys mentoring a small, driven team. Compensation: $140,000 base salary Plus $400 per Saturday worked, extra $5,200 on base for 1 Saturday a month plus RVU Bonuses paid out bonus quarterly based on KPIs met
Requirements
- Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP (required)
- Active DEA registration in Colorado with Colorado CSR already established(required)
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- A genuine passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient transformation
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based protocols
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–4 clinic staff members
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure lab compliance
- Partner with our Physician Medical Director to maintain the highest standard of care
