About The Position

At The Learning Experience, our leaders create environments where teachers feel supported, families feel connected, and children thrive through joyful learning experiences. Our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum helps every child build strong academic and social foundations. The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a collaborative Center Director / Co-Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school.

At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.

Requirements

• Director I and Director II certification required
• Minimum 2 years center leadership experience required
• Strong organizational and team development skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations
• Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality
• Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements
• Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices
• Monitor financial performance and operational goals
• Strengthen family engagement and community relationships
