This role meticulously orchestrates and oversees the entirety of daily center operations, ensuring adept management of personnel, vigilant product oversight, smooth coordination of donor flow, and seamless functionality of critical resources. This is What You’ll Do Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA approved SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP), ensures certifications/licenses are current, and leads corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address issues. Host audits by regulatory agencies and customers, supports quality improvement initiatives, and contributes to best practices. Promote and enforce Safety, Health, and Environmental policies; resolves safety concerns, ensures preventive maintenance of donor center equipment, and maintains a clean, safe facility. Maintain donor center functions and assets, informs leadership of irregularities, and mitigates/report unsafe conditions. Oversee product inventory and storage integrity, manages unsuitable product, and partners with corporate/vendors for efficient shipments and procurement. Achieve targeted production in quantity/quality while optimizing costs, inventory, and purchase order submissions in compliance with company practices. Conduct performance evaluations, development plans, corrective actions, and employment decisions (hiring, promotions, terminations) to align staff growth with organizational goals. Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, assists with investigations, and fosters a positive culture through mentorship and role modeling of core values. Direct all employee training, onboarding, retraining, and leadership development, ensuring compliance with standards and timeliness. Track and audit training data and certifications, collaborates with Quality and Field teams to address deviations, audits, and corrective actions through targeted training interventions. Cultivate strong donor relationships to drive retention, referrals, and growth, while overseeing payroll, staff meetings, and operational KPIs for performance optimization. Lead center marketing and advertising initiatives in collaboration with corporate departments to strengthen outreach and enhance operations. Perform other duties as assigned. This is What it Takes Bachelor’s degree preferred Three (3) years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred. Three (3) years of people management, including recruiting and training (may be concurrent with operations/process management).
