Job Summary: The Center-Based Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership, operational oversight, and program quality assurance for a designated center or facility. This role ensures that day‑to-day operations run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals. The Center-Based Manager supervises staff, manages resources, monitors performance outcomes, and fosters a positive, inclusive, and high‑quality environment for participants, families, and employees.
