Center-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
About The Position

As a BCaBA, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and supervising Behavior Technicians, all while receiving the mentorship you need to continue your career journey. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
- Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
- Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
