About The Position

Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for ABA Behavior Technicians for our Buford, GA center. Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification/license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability from 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday (open to Part-Time).
  • Proof of Flu vaccination and annual renewal required.

Nice To Haves

  • Childcare experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • Attend to toileting and/or change soiled diapers/clothing as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with the caregiver(s) of referred clients.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the therapy space at the conclusion of each session.
  • Participate in Clinical Review meetings for individuals on the assigned caseload.
  • Commit to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication.
