ABA Center-Based Behavior Technician $250 Sign on Bonus! Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Full-Time ABA Behavior Technicians. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full-time schedules with availability between 8:00AM-4:00PM
• Childcare experience required
• Proof of Flu vaccination and annual renewal required
• Ability to work between center and home based services

Responsibilities

• ABA Behavior Technicians report directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• In collaboration with a program supervisor, instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.
• Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
• Attend to toileting and/or change soiled diapers/clothing as needed.
• Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with the caregiver(s) of referred clients.
• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the therapy space at the conclusion of each session.
• Participate in Clinical Review meetings for individuals on the assigned caseload.
• 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
• Performance of other reasonably related duties are assigned by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
