About The Position
The UPS Store has an immediate opening for a full-time Center Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their shipping needs. The Center Associate is a key member of the team and helps to ensure the overall success of the center. This is a Full Time – hourly position. We offer a competitive pay scale based on experience and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience
- Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and business printing needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer any questions they may have
- Assist customers with their printing, packing, and shipping needs
- Ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing
- Maintain a neat workspace and assist with other store operations as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
