About The Position

The Full-Time / Part-Time Center Associate delivers World-Class Customer Service to all of our customers by facilitating Packaging & Shipping Services as well as Small Office Solutions including Computer-related Assistance, Printing/Finishing Services, Digital Design Services, Notary Public Services, etc. The Center Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options, and exhibits confidence through retained knowledge and best practices related to our industry. The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time in order to contribute to the team.

Requirements

  • Strong Computer Skills (Knowledge of Basic Computer Operations, Microsoft Office Applications, and Adobe Suites Programs)
  • Strong Verbal/Written Communication Skills (Face-To-Face Interactions, Spelling, Grammar, Math, etc.)
  • Sense of Timeliness (Prompt, Reliable, and Responsible)
  • Physical Ability (Mobility, Flexibility, and Lift +40lbs)
  • Team Commitment (Present for Assigned Hours/Shifts, Short-Notice Help Flexibility, Team Player, etc.)
  • Part-Time Hours (20-30 hours per week)
  • Weekday Shifts: 01:00pm to 07:00pm (exact closing time may vary)
  • Weekend Shifts: 08:30pm to 03:30pm (exact closing time may vary)
  • Mandatory Availability: Monday Shifts / 3 out of 5 Weekday Shifts / Saturday Shifts (Rotating)
  • Full-Time Hours (30-40 hours per week)
  • Weekday Shifts: 11:00am to 07:00pm (exact closing time may vary)
  • Weekend Shifts: 08:30pm to 03:30pm (exact closing time may vary)
  • Mandatory Availability: Monday Shifts / 4 out of 5 Weekday Shifts / Saturday Shifts (Rotating)
  • Blackout Dates Peak Season (December - January)
  • Any scheduling adjustments, requests, or time-off during these months must be approved by the Franchisee

Responsibilities

  • Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and email/telephone inquiries.
  • Continuously practices good listening skills and maintains a professional atmosphere with customers and team members alike.
  • Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, implement alternative solutions, and keep up with industry trends.
  • Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to help teach others to do the same.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Willingness to accept responsibilities for one's actions and assist with other duties, as needed.
