Own the front office and administrative operations Drive seamless scheduling and client flow Deliver the Ultimate Client Experience - every client, every time Keep communication tight across departments Support inventory, ordering, and collections

Requirements

• 2+ years admin + customer service experience
• Sharp scheduling and organizational skills
• Confidence in promoting services and offers
• Relationship-builder with strong communication skills
• Independent, adaptable, always learning
• Energetic, compassionate, people-first mindset
