About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Center Administrator Assistant supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administrator Assistant works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach. Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations
  • Excellent customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Employees are expected to treat patients with compassion and protect their rights
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Able to effectively communicate with leadership and staff
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Ability to work with the elderly population in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with the EMR System, Athena

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of Supervisory experience preferred
  • Associate's degree
  • Value Based Care knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing, filing etc.
  • Create productivity and other reports for the Center Administrator
  • Participates in Marketing events.
  • Oversees completion of special projects and cascades to staff.
  • Complies with company policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for submitting time sheets for payroll and forms for HR.
  • Responsible for answering phones, maintaining logs, daily reporting and scheduling meetings.
  • Reviews center statistics and maintain goals.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the center.
  • Daily working of reports in Data hub for EDAPS and HEDIS, help manage employees, assisting and learning the Administrators role.
