Active Day has a fantastic opportunity for someone who recently graduated college, has experience working with people with Intellectual Disabilities and is looking for a job that has great growth potential. As an Administrative Assistant / Assistant Program Specialist, you will work with referrals to the Center, establishing a strong relationship so that caregivers for future members feel confident in knowing their loved one will be in the best of care with Active Day. You will schedule and conduct tours, as well as coordinate enrollments with case managers, caregivers, and the center team. You will also be the voice of the Center by answering phones, greeting visitors, families, etc. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist our Program Specialist in the Center, conducting initial, quarterly, and annual assessments with supervision for our members and participating in members' Individual Service Plan (ISP) meetings.
