About The Position
Cemetery Grounds Person – Join Our Team at East Lawn Elk Grove! East Lawn is seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our team as a Cemetery Grounds Person. This position offers an opportunity to help maintain the beauty and tranquility of our cemetery grounds, assist with funeral services, and create a peaceful space for families during their most difficult times. As a Cemetery Grounds Person, you will play a key role in ensuring the grounds are maintained with the utmost care, all while working in an atmosphere rooted in respect and compassion. This is a physically demanding, union position that requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and withstand extreme weather conditions. Candidates will undergo a pre-employment drug screen and physical to ensure they are fit for the role.
