About The Position
Join our team - We are currently seeking to fill a part-time cemetery administrator assistant position Shift: Will be required to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday 30-hour work week Pay: $17 per hour
Requirements
- At least 6+ months of admin/customer service experience required
- Must be available to work outside traditional work hours, i.e., evenings and weekend work as needed
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Must have customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Create and send work orders to staff for monument and grave identification, ground maintenance, and any other tasks pertaining to the cemeteries and mausoleum.
- Responsible for cemetery ownership records, burial records, financial records and transactions.
- Assist in other assignments such as special events
