About The Position
The Cement Mason Journeyman is responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures, using appropriate tools such as hand or power tools, floats, trowels, and screeds. The position requires high-quality, professional work performed with initiative, productivity, and a positive attitude. Team members are expected to cooperate in a team environment, accept direction from supervisors, and follow work rules and procedures. They must also support an inclusive work environment and align with the company's values and ethical standards.
