  • 3+ years of experience in engineering, including cellular communications, technology, and RF systems
  • Experience with RF design, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization tools
  • Experience with projects that integrate multiple types of technology, utilizing cellular systems as backhaul and transport
  • Knowledge of multiple generations of technology for cellular, including performance parameters and protocols. GSM, UMTS, CDMA, and LTE
  • Knowledge of RF principles, antenna theory, and propagation models
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems involving cellular and RF technologies with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering field
  • Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with emerging cellular technologies
  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines, including hardware, software, and system integration for complex systems
  • Master's degree in an Engineering field
  • CWNP Certification or other relevant Certifications

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
