Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, including cellular communications, technology, and RF systems
- Experience with RF design, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization tools
- Experience with projects that integrate multiple types of technology, utilizing cellular systems as backhaul and transport
- Knowledge of multiple generations of technology for cellular, including performance parameters and protocols. GSM, UMTS, CDMA, and LTE
- Knowledge of RF principles, antenna theory, and propagation models
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems involving cellular and RF technologies with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering field
Nice To Haves
- Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with emerging cellular technologies
- Ability to work across multiple disciplines, including hardware, software, and system integration for complex systems
- Master's degree in an Engineering field
- CWNP Certification or other relevant Certifications
