About The Position

As a Cellular Post Silicon NPI Engineering Program Manager within the Hardware Technology Engineering organization, you will be working on a senior program management team driving Cellular silicon ramp readiness towards mass production and product proliferation.

Requirements

• BS Degree in engineering field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in delivering complex Cellular Systems through the mass production phase.
• 5+ years in Technical/Project Management or leadership role.

Nice To Haves

• Practical knowledge and experience with delivering cellular silicon through various stages of mass production ramp.
• Proficiency in failure analysis and production test methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a dynamic cross-functional engineering environment.
• Strong at multi-tasking and real-time crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cellular silicon ramp readiness towards mass production.
• Manage product proliferation efforts.
• Lead technical teams and multi-functional groups.
• Coordinate with Design, Test, and FW/SW teams to resolve complex cellular silicon issues.
• Oversee project development and ensure timely resolution of issues.
