About The Position
The Lead Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for acquiring and retaining customers by selling Cellcom's products and services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and meeting or surpassing sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, along with leadership abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with retail experience preferred, and proficiency in basic computer skills is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
