About The Position

Centerline is seeking skilled Cell Tower Technicians in the New England market to work on tower erection, antenna installs, and RF testing as part of our expanding crews. The role involves installation and maintenance of mounts, platforms, antennas, RRU’s, TMA, and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures to expand and upgrade cellular networks. Technicians will also be responsible for the installation and maintenance of coaxial and DC power/fiber optic transmission lines, assisting with testing of new and existing equipment, and installing ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms. The position requires learning and incorporating climbing and work safety requirements and working as part of a 3-4-man crew.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cellular construction.
• Ability to work reliably under minimal supervision.
• Valid and active driver's license that is insurable according to the standards of the company.
• Excellent physical conditioning and stamina.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out written and verbal instructions.
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of mounts, platforms, antennas, RRU’s, TMA, and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures.
• Installation and maintenance of coaxial and DC power/fiber optic transmission lines.
• Assist with testing of new and existing equipment, including sweep, PIM, or fiber testing.
• Installation of ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms.
• Installation of underground and in-building conduits for electrical and backhaul circuits.
• Learn and incorporate climbing and work safety requirements.
• Work as part of a 3-4-man crew.
• Other duties as required.
