About The Position

We are seeking dynamic individuals for the Tower Technician position. As part of a field team, you’ll travel throughout the Northwestern United States to service cellular sites, including climbing towers up to 300 feet. You'll assist with a variety of structural projects, such as site builds, rooftop installations, network upgrades, and tower maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to travel Monday-Friday (travel provided).
• Must be able to climb up to 1,000 vertical feet per day.
• Valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Able to pass random drug tests.
• Availability for occasional weekend and rotational assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites across the Northwestern United States.
• Service cellular sites, including climbing towers up to 300 feet.
• Assist with structural projects such as site builds, rooftop installations, network upgrades, and tower maintenance.
• Work on cellular construction and troubleshooting for major carriers.
