Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Reliability and Maintenance or relevant fields
  • Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering degree preferred
  • Reliability methodologies (FMEA, RCA), data analysis (SPC, Six Sigma DMAIC), equipment knowledge (electromechanical systems, rotating equipment, schematics), maintenance planning (predictive/preventive maintenance, CMMS), and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Vision setting, coaching, motivating the team, and leading by example
  • Problem-solving, maintenance strategy development, budgeting, prioritization, scheduling, and resource management
  • Clear technical communication to non-technical stakeholders, cross-departmental liaison, and effective reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal departments, contractors, and vendors

Responsibilities

  • The Reliability Manager optimizes the equipment performance in the cell according to the OEE glidepath
  • This position is the cell technical expert who will drive implementation of global best practices across all lines in the cell
  • Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
  • Drive analyses to achieve OEE/MTBF improvement and identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses
  • Owns PM including Time Based Maintenance, Break Down Elimination, Defect Handling processes
  • Lead the change management & validation process
  • Lead and build the capability of process failures technical troubleshooting
  • Leads and plans scheduled maintenance activities based on Loss analysis, defects and work orders reported
  • Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
  • Participates in the Daily SIM process providing info on equipment losses action plans and root causes
  • Manage Maintenance Budget
