We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Cell Line Development group for 10 to 12 weeks this summer. The Cell Line Development group functions in generating candidate molecule-expressing cell lines to support MacroGenics' clinical pipeline. Our team members work collaboratively across and within the department to troubleshoot and generate data. As a team, we work together closely to move projects forward and foster an inclusive environment to share ideas and opinions. As a Cell Line Development intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about early-stage drug development, work with mammalian cells to perform cell culture techniques like transfection and fed-batch, and help optimize our expression platform and fed-batch processes.
