  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist with the design and development of mammalian cell culture processes.
  • Assist with performing media optimization, bioreactor process development, and cell culture clarification.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.
  • Become a process owner; critically review specific processes and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute experimental plans, analyze data, and contribute to technical reports and product summaries.

Benefits

  • Hourly rate between $21.50 - $28.75 depending on location.
  • Relocation stipend of $5,000 if necessary for students located 50+ miles away from the internship location.
