About The Position

Metric is looking to hire a CEI Senior Inspector based in North Florida. Day-to-Day: Responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, marking and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work and conducting field tests. Coordinating and managing the junior level inspectors. Performing work under the general supervision of the Project Administrator.

Requirements

• 4+ years of CEI Inspector experience in roadway or bridge construction
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
• Must have the Following Required Certifications: CTQP Final Estimates Level I CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level I CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level II (Bridges) CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level II CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level II CTQP Pile Driving Inspection CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector Level 1 FDOT Intermediate MOT Nuclear Radiation Safety Florida Storm water, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification Program for Inspectors and Contractors
