Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of experience in EEO/AA/DBE/OJT compliance, highway construction, or construction administration
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record

Nice To Haves

Experience with certified payrolls and labor compliance documentation
Familiarity with federal and state labor regulations related to construction projects
Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

Participate in preconstruction meetings to educate contractors on compliance requirements related to EEO, DBE, OJT, Davis-Bacon and other applicable regulations
Review Daily Work Reports (DWRs) to assess contractor activity and compliance status
Verify certified payrolls for accuracy, classification, wage rates, and timeliness
Review field interviews and reconcile them with payroll records
Issue and track noncompliance notices and follow up to support resolution
Maintain organized records for payroll, labor interviews, and compliance documentation
Support the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program, including document review and on-site trainee interviews
Review Monthly Time Reports and report discrepancies as needed
Collaborate with the District Contract Compliance Manager (DCCM) and project teams
Travel to project sites as required
